About the role

Support the strategic planning and development of Allied Health services at Eastern General Hospital. Help Allied Health leadership develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives, including manpower deployment plans and staff engagement. Work closely with hospital planning teams such as Nursing, Corporate Planning and Development Secretariat to translate clinical strategies into service development. Provide secretariat support and manage resource requirements for various workgroups to facilitate collaboration and project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in basic data analysis and presentation software
Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment
Team player with planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
