Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Corporate Partnership)

About the role

You will support fundraising and donor engagement efforts, helping to grow sustainable contributions for the organisation. Your duties include identifying potential donors, building relationships with partners, writing grant proposals, and running donor engagement programmes to boost loyalty. You will also work with internal teams on fundraising activities and prepare donor reports and communication materials. The role involves securing grants, sponsorships and matching funds, and keeping up with industry trends. You must ensure all fundraising activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships or similar
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
