Senior Executive /Assistant Manager, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)

About the role

You will support the planning and running of digital health readiness training programmes. This includes managing training logistics such as materials, equipment setup, catering and post-session clearance, and making sure training rooms are clean, safe and ready to use. You will track and follow up on IT, audiovisual, connectivity or software issues until they are resolved or escalated. You will also coordinate trainer schedules, maintain the trainer roster, handle conflicts and help onboard new trainers. For participants, you will manage registration, waitlists, attendance records and reports on attendance and completion rates. You will also help with stakeholder meetings, communication materials and training guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Events Management, Human Resource Development or related discipline
• Fresh graduates welcome; at least 2 years relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager role
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment
