Oversee the daily operations of the radiology department and assist in roster planning for Patient Service Associates, Patient Care Assistants and file management staff. Manage supplies and staffing, and implement strategies to streamline work processes, reduce wait times and improve workflow efficiency. Handle patient feedback and complaints while upholding quality standards and patient-centric service. Prepare statistics, monthly reports on radiology performance indicators and minutes of department management meetings. Support quality improvement programmes and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
