Support the planning and development of Medical Reports and Release of Information (ROI) processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop workflows, establish a structured framework for medical report and ROI application processes, and set guidelines for internal and external requests for medical information. Develop billing and payment processes to support efficient administration. Involve in training future staff and designing an efficient rostering framework. Support the hospital's Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) efforts and collaborate across departments to build a seamless healthcare delivery system.
