About the role

You will support the Office of Patient Experience in maintaining patient feedback records across multiple systems. Your duties include collating compliments from various hospitals and entering them into the database and CRM system. You will also upload survey data to Qualtrics daily and update CRM records related to patient feedback. Additionally, you will assist in preparing PowerPoint slides for the NNI Quality Service Awards.

Requirements

Recognised Degree in any discipline
Good command of written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Strong organisational and administrative skills
