You will support the planning, development and implementation of clinic operations, workflows and service delivery initiatives for a new hospital's Specialist Outpatient Clinic team. This includes supporting daily operations, monitoring performance, coordinating cross-functional projects and providing secretariat support for meetings. You will also contribute to capacity planning, resource optimisation, manpower planning and digital solutions that improve patient access and care coordination.
