Join SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource team to help build a strong healthcare talent pipeline. You will plan and lead outreach initiatives to engage students, mid-career professionals, and working adults. Your duties include identifying new recruitment channels, organising career talks and recruitment events at local and overseas institutions, and creating recruitment materials and videos. You will also prepare and present reports to senior management to support decision-making.
