When
You will support the Business Office Manager in planning, organising and implementing policies, procedures and internal controls for billing, account follow-up and financial counselling activities. You will ensure all services are billed and claims are submitted accurately and on time. You will monitor outstanding bills, work with various parties to recover outstanding amounts, and handle billing and payment enquiries. You will also prepare summaries, reports and statistics as required.
