You will support the Business Office Manager in planning and implementing policies, procedures and internal controls for billing follow-up and financial counselling. You will follow up on bill settlement and advise patients on estimated bill sizes for hospital stays. You will also handle patient enquiries and prepare summaries, reports and statistics as required.
