You will manage day-to-day campsite operations, coordinate with contractors and operations teams such as F&B, housekeeping and laundry, and ensure facilities are well maintained. You will oversee front office duties including check-in and check-out, rate loading, reservations and daily sales reporting using the hotel management system. You will lead and develop a team of Experience Guides, handle guest enquiries and service recovery, and prepare operational and financial reports. You will also help design and launch wildlife-inspired experiences and engage guests through presentations and programmes. The role requires rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
