Senior Executive, Destination Marketing

About the role

You will develop, manage and execute local campaigns and initiatives for Mandai Wildlife Reserve to position it as a top local destination. You will plan and run integrated campaigns across earned, owned and paid channels to meet attendance and revenue targets. You will provide brand guardianship and build awareness for the Mandai family of brands. You will manage marketing budgets, work with creative and media agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also handle campaign analysis, reporting and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience in branding, consumer marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management
• Proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-changing environment
• Analytical, results-oriented and highly organised
• Able to work independently and as a good team player
