Senior Executive (Enforcement Department)

About the role

You will support field enforcement operations through operational planning, quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement. Your duties include planning and coordinating enforcement operations, conducting audits and quality checks, and reviewing public feedback, appeals and case representations to provide recommendations. You will also assist in process improvement and innovation projects to improve operational effectiveness. You may need to work beyond office hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in enforcement, investigations, operations, audit, quality assurance, or project management
• Relevant working experience in customer-facing roles
• Able to assess complex situations and exercise sound judgement
• Good team player who can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
• Good report writing and presentation skills
