Senior Executive, Events/Products (Indoor Attractions & Experiences)

About the role

You will support the planning and delivery of events, products and commercial initiatives for indoor attractions such as Green Canvas, Exploria and Curiosity Cove. You will plan and execute events, seasonal programmes and guest experiences, and lead assigned projects from planning to execution while meeting timelines, budgets and deliverables. You will also drive revenue through ticket products, packages, promotions and upselling, and work with Marketing and other teams on campaigns to increase awareness, visitation and ticket sales. You will track sales, revenue, marketing performance and guest feedback, and recommend improvements. On-ground support for events and activations is required, along with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism or related disciplines
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in events, attractions, hospitality, marketing, partnerships or related fields
• Good project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good commercial awareness, with an understanding of revenue drivers, ticket sales, marketing and guest experience
• Resourceful, hands-on and able to manage multiple projects
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays where required
