Support the delivery of digital and AI competency programmes, including workshops, online modules and events. Handle logistics, scheduling and resources to keep programmes running smoothly. Create communications and awareness campaigns to drive participation. Track participation, completion and satisfaction, and turn engagement data into practical recommendations. Partner with training providers on reporting and monitor progress against digital and AI adoption targets.
