When
You will supervise and manage outsourced Environmental Services such as cleaning, waste management and pest control across inpatient and outpatient areas. You will monitor key performance indicators, review service providers' performance against targets through monthly reports, and work with them to drive improvements. You will liaise and coordinate work activities with users and service partners to ensure smooth service delivery with minimum disruption. You will also track work plans, compile statistics on ES activities, present findings to support management decisions, and manage the annual budget and ongoing expenses. Routine audit checks and joint inspections with service partners are part of the role to ensure cleaning and infection control standards are met.
