When
You will support the planning and running of clinic and day surgery operations, including the move to the new NDCS facility. You will review and improve workflows, conduct operational readiness activities, and help roll out new systems with user acceptance testing and training. You will work with clinicians, nurses, dental assistants and IT teams to keep things running smoothly. After the move, you will oversee a team of Patient Service Associates, handle patient-related issues, and prepare performance reports. You will also look for ways to improve efficiency, service quality and business continuity.
