Senior Executive, Planning and Performance Management (PPM)

About the role

You will support the operational and administrative functions of the Planning and Performance Management section. You will help organise strategic Advance sessions and annual work planning exercises, coordinating with stakeholders and managing logistics. You will maintain regular reporting processes such as the Monthly Management Dashboard and Private Hospital Statistics under the Balanced Scorecard framework. You will prepare insights using Tableau dashboards and presentation decks, and maintain data catalogues and dictionaries. You will also provide secretariat support for meetings and assist in data extraction and analysis for Value Driven Care initiatives.

Requirements

• A good degree in any discipline
• Preferably minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare environment
• Good analytical, communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Efficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation
• Able to work in teams and with diverse team members
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
