Senior Executive, Sales Support (6-Months Contract)

About the role

Support the sales team by extracting data and statistics for reports and presentations. Handle enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face, and investigate feedback or complaints to provide solutions. Ensure smooth daily operations to deliver excellent service to guests and travel partners, and help increase sales conversion. Process orders, issue tickets, manage resources and follow up on operational matters. Maintain and update client databases and documentation, and work closely with team members and sales managers to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and statistic report
• Excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, independent, pro-active team player with analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work fast in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Pleasant, friendly and warm disposition
