What you'll do

Serve as the main social media contact for internal stakeholders, aligning campaign objectives, KPIs, timelines and success measures
Join stakeholder briefings to collect requirements, clarify priorities and convert them into media and channel plans
Plan, build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns to grow accounts, engagement, reach, traffic and leads
Turn creative assets into platform-ready ad units with correct formats, naming conventions, UTMs, tracking pixels and placements
Handle daily campaign operations including budget pacing, bid and optimisation settings, audience updates, ad trafficking and QA
Develop audience strategies such as interest and behaviour targeting, lookalikes, retargeting and exclusions, keeping audiences clean and non-overlapping
Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, audiences and placements, and document hypotheses, results and next steps
Monitor campaign performance daily, spot issues like learning limitations, ad fatigue or delivery constraints early, and recommend fixes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on briefs, performance feedback and iterative creative improvements
Keep up with platform trends, changes and ad policies, and research audiences, competitors and best practices to inform media recommendations
Support weekly and monthly reporting on organic and paid social performance, consolidating data into dashboards and slides
Track and report core KPIs such as follower growth, reach, engagement rate, CPA and CPE, and explain what drives performance
Work with stakeholders to align reporting to campaign objectives and business outcomes, keeping definitions and measurement consistent
Pull data from native platforms and analytics tools such as META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprinklr and Klear, and validate accuracy
Create performance narratives and actionable insights that highlight wins, learnings and optimisation opportunities
Maintain a testing and learnings log covering creative, audience and format, and contribute to best-practice playbooks

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of experience in paid social campaigns, agency or in-house, with evidence of optimising for growth or engagement
Working knowledge of social media analytics and reporting for organic and paid activity, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong written communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Platform expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter) and YouTube
Experience with analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Klear or similar
