You will be part of the System and Process Transformation Department within the CEO's Office, supporting the planning, coordination and execution of transformation initiatives to strengthen operational excellence and organisational readiness for the hospital's opening. You will coordinate transformation projects, support quality improvement initiatives, and help operationalise the hospital. Your work includes project coordination, tracking timelines and milestones, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating cross-functional meetings or workshops, and engaging stakeholders. You will also serve as Go-Live Coordinator, supporting the Go-Live Steering Committee by coordinating workgroups, monitoring readiness status, supporting simulation exercises, and ensuring proper documentation.
