Senior Executive (Volunteer Engagement), Education

About the role

You will recruit and onboard volunteers for various programmes and events, and build positive relationships with them. You will plan and conduct virtual and on-site training sessions, and organise engagement activities such as appreciation events and bonding sessions. You will also review volunteer programmes, propose improvements, and handle administrative duties like enquiries, scheduling and record-keeping. You may support other Education Department initiatives and cross-departmental projects involving volunteers.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Life Sciences, Social Studies or at least 5 years of relevant experience in volunteer administration and engagement
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect
• Good team player with a positive attitude, customer-oriented, energetic and warm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Deep interest in nature, wildlife and community engagement
