Experience Experienced About the role This role leads facilities management operations across a portfolio of assigned properties and estates, working with a multi-disciplinary team of property executives, technicians and support staff. It suits an experienced facilities management professional who has handled large building portfolios and integrated FM services, and who is comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and authorities.

Oversee quality management, environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance programmes
Monitor energy and utility usage and track performance indicators
Ensure compliance with house rules and permit-to-work procedures
Oversee Fire Safety Manager appointments and SCDF compliance
Manage Workplace Safety and Health Officer requirements
Ensure statutory requirements and authority regulations are met
Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors and service providers
Carry out routine inspections and quality checks on maintenance works
Ensure contractor performance meets or exceeds targets
Manage procurement processes and cost efficiency measures
Support digitalisation, innovation and technology testbed initiatives

Meet JTC service level agreements and service standards, including response times
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Submit monthly reports on financials, customer management and compliance
Track and report performance status, authority compliance and contract financials
Provide periodic stock-takes and improvement recommendations
Oversee BMS/BOS operations and optimisation
Support integration with the JTC Operations Command Centre
Manage building equipment monitoring and fault detection
Implement environmental management programmes
Support Green Mark certification processes
Drive energy efficiency and cost savings initiatives Requirements Degree from a recognised tertiary institution At least 8 years of relevant working experience at equivalent SFM/FM level Must have managed an accumulated building portfolio of more than 200,000 sqm in the past 3 years At least 5 years providing integrated facilities management services with current company Tier 2 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by SIFMA, or an alternative qualification Apply on the company website
