Senior/ Finance Manager

About the role

Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance and governance for a sizeable property and asset management portfolio. Prepare financial statements, management reports and statutory submissions, and lead annual audits with external auditors. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, fund transfers and financial planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory, taxation and reporting requirements, and review transactions, reconciliations and financial controls. Lead and develop the finance team, and engage with stakeholders, auditors, regulators and fund managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in finance, accounting, auditing or financial management
• At least 1-3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit management, compliance and internal controls
• Proven people management and stakeholder management experience
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
