You will lead the finance function at a non-profit conservation organisation. Your duties include designing and updating financial policies and SOPs, and rolling out financial systems such as ERP or cloud accounting tools. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, donor reporting and financial analysis for the COO and Board. You will also manage month-end and year-end closing, audits, tax compliance, and supervise one to two finance team members. In addition, you will perform financial due diligence on potential grantees.
