About the role

You will be part of the front office team at one of four hotels in the Sentosa cluster, helping to deliver warm and efficient service to guests. This role suits someone friendly, service-oriented and comfortable working with different hotel departments. You will report to the Assistant Manager and handle guest needs with care and professionalism.

What you'll do

Support the Assistant Manager in providing courteous service and handling guest complaints, requests and inquiries efficiently and tactfully
Work with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on guest arrivals and departures
Build rapport with house guests and long-staying guests, offering help when needed

Make courtesy calls to guests

Keep up to date with tourist-related information

Maintain and manage stock of promotional materials for daily operations

Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors diligently and professionally

Good to know

Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are required
Positions available at The Barracks Hotel Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel Sentosa, Oasia Resort Sentosa and Village Hotel Sentosa

Requirements

Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Friendly and service-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work closely with Front Office and other hotel departments as a team player
Neat and professional appearance
