You will ensure smooth daily park operations, manage resources and maintain high guest service standards. You will resolve guest feedback and issues, and propose improvements to enhance the guest experience. You will also guide and train part-time staff, assist with park safety and wildlife-human management, and educate guests on wildlife campaigns.
