When
You will join the Retail Leasing team at SingPost Centre to plan and carry out data-driven retail leasing strategies that grow asset value and build strong tenant relationships. You will use retail metrics and market data to spot trends, optimise space allocation, and secure high-performing tenants. You will also hold regular performance discussions with tenants to understand their business health, operational needs, and growth plans. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you will handle lease negotiations, tenancy mix planning, tenant sales analysis, lease administration, and budgeting.
