You will advise on competition law across APAC operations, including antitrust investigations and commercial agreements in multiple jurisdictions. You will support the global competition law compliance programme and tailor it to local markets. You will advise senior leadership on competition law risks and regulatory investigations. You will provide guidance on platform-specific issues such as merchant parity, loyalty programmes, dynamic pricing and the gig economy. You will lead competition law investigations and develop dawn raid readiness protocols. You will also develop and deliver training sessions on antitrust risks and compliance.
