About the role

This contract role sits within SingHealth Group Education, supporting the education arm of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will head the education communications team, shaping how SingHealth Academy and its related entities are seen as leaders in medical education. It suits an experienced communications professional who is comfortable leading people and advising senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

Develop integrated communications plans that raise the SingHealth Academy brand
Lead the team in carrying out strategies aligned with Group Communications directives
Produce content for a range of platforms

Manage copywriting for speeches and collaterals

Oversee website and social media strategies

Coordinate publicity for signature Academic Medical Centre events, including the SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress and Education Conference

Act as central coordinator for cluster-level education communications

Provide strategic counsel to stakeholders

Manage team performance and development

Lead staff engagement initiatives and oversee budget planning and resource allocation

Requirements

Degree holder with at least 8 years in corporate or marketing communications
Experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders
Experience setting policies and processes
Strong written and verbal communication with demonstrated writing flair
Excellent graphic design sense
Strategic thinking with proven planning and execution abilities
