You will support the Executive Director in leading ARC(S)'s transition from a registered society to a Company Limited by Guarantee. You will be the main coordinator between regulators, government agencies, external legal counsel and internal teams throughout the project. In the initial phase, you will also handle some risk, governance and compliance work. You will manage submissions, legal documents, project governance and cross-functional coordination. You will also oversee contract transfers and change management communications.
