You will lead or co-lead digital innovation initiatives from discovery to adoption, framing problems, clarifying user needs, defining success measures, and recommending suitable digital solutions. You will identify and capture innovation opportunities through cluster-wide intake and governance channels, maintaining a pipeline aligned to organisational priorities. You will engage stakeholders across institutions, clinical and operations teams, IT, governance offices, vendors and senior management, facilitating workshops and building shared ownership. You will also guide project teams through innovation pathways, define and track value measures, and develop change and adoption plans to drive sustained adoption.
