You will manage the finances of infrastructure development projects across the SingHealth cluster, from budget submission and month-end closing to funding claims and long-term forecasting. You will track capital and operating expenditure, ensure accounting entries comply with SFRS and internal policies, and manage MOH-funded projects including claims, utilisation and submissions. You will lead the annual workplan and budget cycle, prepare budget presentations, and present to senior management at forums such as the SingHealth Infrastructure Committee. You will also build financial models, apply data analytics to support strategic planning, and provide financial support to clinical and operational partners.
