About the role
This role sits within Singtel Group Sustainability and focuses on shaping the company's social impact agenda. You will build partnerships and programmes that use technology, AI capabilities and regional reach to create measurable impact, while also contributing to wider ESG priorities. It suits someone with strong programme management and stakeholder engagement experience who can lead complex, multi-party initiatives.
What you'll do
Lead Singtel Group AI Future Makers, working with operating companies on challenge statements, partner and start-up engagement, and scaling successful initiatives across the Group and its associates.
Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, social service agencies, community organisations and internal business units to develop and scale programmes aligned with the social impact strategy and "AI for All".
Drive programme governance and impact, including setting outcomes, KPIs and budgets, tracking performance, advising senior management on priorities, investments, risks and scaling decisions, and partnering with Communications and Marketing to amplify impact.
Shape the digital citizenship strategy and develop scalable initiatives that promote responsible, safe and healthy use of digital and AI technologies, addressing emerging AI and online risks.
Build and manage partnerships with IMDA, TOUCH, IHLs and community organisations to advance AI and digital literacy, cyber wellness, online safety and scam awareness, particularly for vulnerable communities.
Establish a consistent approach to measuring and reporting the outcomes and impact of major social programmes, using insights to inform programme design, resource allocation and management decisions.
Drive the Group-wide approach to employee and skills-based volunteering, developing frameworks, tools and platforms that enable consistent planning, tracking and reporting across the Group and OpCos.
Lead or co-lead selected cross-functional ESG initiatives, translating emerging sustainability developments into strategic recommendations and practical actions for the Group.
Support the annual Singtel Group Sustainability Report and related disclosures, including content development, data coordination, assurance and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
Degree in Sustainability, Business, Social Sciences, Communications, Public Policy or a related discipline
8–12 years of relevant experience in sustainability, social impact, strategic partnerships, public policy or programme management
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Strong programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines and stakeholders
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
Good understanding of social impact programme design, impact measurement and areas such as digital inclusion and responsible AI
