You will support the development and implementation of strategic manpower planning and workforce analytics for Eastern General Hospital. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and departments to translate service and operational plans into manpower requirements. You will monitor manpower utilisation and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and management decision-making. You will also lead and coach the manpower planning and analytics team.
