When
You will join the in-house legal team at CapitaLand Development, handling complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, development and divestments. Your work covers structuring for legal and tax efficiency, M&A, joint ventures and general advisory matters. You will advise business units across Singapore and overseas on real estate, development and construction legal issues. You will also negotiate and draft agreements, manage external counsel, and assist with corporate secretarial matters.
