When
You will plan, set up and lead the General Services Department through the hospital's planning, activation and steady-state phases. The role covers transport, staff support, and patient and visitor services to ensure operational readiness and service excellence. You will lead in-house teams and outsourced partners, set operational policies and performance standards, and drive service improvements through innovation, technology and outcomes-based contracting. You will also support Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) efforts and work with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
