When
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of Operating Theatre services, providing statistical and operational support. You will oversee and manage OT scheduling, utilisation, surgery listing, OT charges and billings, admission, financial counselling and projects. You will supervise, coach and develop a team of Patient Service Associates to ensure service delivery and operational excellence. You will also participate in committees and workgroups to plan, implement and continuously improve OT operations and initiatives.
