About the role

This role sits within the Payment Success (PSR) capability in Sales Engineering, covering the Asia Pacific region for Visa Acceptance Solutions. You will scale and govern PSR so it works as a consistent, repeatable capability rather than a bespoke service, and you will provide senior technical leadership on complex client engagements. It suits someone with deep payments experience who is comfortable working across Sales, Product, Risk and Client Success teams.

What you'll do

Lead regional initiatives to improve merchant authorization and payment performance across Asia Pacific.
Define and maintain a regional PSR operating framework covering engagement standards, prioritisation and execution governance.
Support conversion of qualified PSR opportunities by aligning stakeholders and clarifying ownership.

Coordinate cross-functional solutioning for systemic payment performance challenges.

Develop and maintain PSR standards, best practices and reusable materials for Sales Engineering and Sales teams.

Partner with Sales leadership on enablement and coaching to strengthen positioning of PSR value propositions and support cross-sell and upsell.

Establish mechanisms to track PSR adoption and impact, and refine methodologies using those insights.

Oversee regional analysis of authorization and payment performance trends across markets, verticals and payment flows.

Assess the impact of new products, industry developments and regulatory or ecosystem changes, and translate implications into guidance.
