Create alternatives and contingency plans for sourcing issues, supply risks and market swings
Take part in building and executing International Commodity Team strategies
Lead sourcing, evaluation, qualification and selection of suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, compliance and service
Handle supplier negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, long-term agreements and annual contracts
Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships for long-term operational needs
Keep sourcing lists updated and monitor supplier performance, capabilities and risk
Drive supplier improvement through structured reviews, KPI tracking and corrective actions
Oversee purchasing award summaries, procurement documentation, sourcing reports and commercial evaluations
Support budgeting, forecasting, procurement planning and expenditure management
Review procurement performance data and financials to find cost reduction and efficiency gains
