Lead the development of customer-centric technical solutions for hyperscale data centre projects across the APAC region. Drive end-to-end delivery of solutions, from RFP responses to design initiatives, ensuring quality and scalability. Translate complex customer requirements into strategic design and engineering deliverables. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to customers, executive leadership, and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and connectivity to support network and interconnection strategies. Play a key role in technical and contractual lease negotiations.
