About the role
This senior role sits within Keppel's Connectivity business segment, focusing on strategic partnerships, business development and investments in subsea networks. You will lead cross-functional programmes and work with various Keppel business divisions to shape and deliver infrastructure and networking projects. What you'll do
Lead the team in pursuing new business opportunities in the subsea arena with strategic partners and customers.

Develop budgets and financial models for international submarine cable systems and domestic terrestrial networks across the full project lifecycle, from seed funding through development to operations.
Work with tax advisors to create tax-efficient holding structures for investments.
Collaborate with Corporate Legal and external legal teams to negotiate MOUs, binding term sheets and definitive agreements.
Review agreements and contracts and negotiate with partners and customers.
Manage and engage third-party consultants for relevant areas of work.
Process data on emerging markets and feasibility studies for key markets.
Provide clear and objective analysis and recommendations for investments.
Prepare business cases and secure approvals from internal stakeholders including KCL, KTT, KAIF and KDC.
Manage market research for new projects.
Provide inputs to the sales team in developing compelling business propositions for potential customers who may be partners in branch landings.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting to KCL, KTT, KAIF and other business units.
Work closely with GRC on Red Team engagement and GCC on SGX and press releases.
Assist Keppel Capital, KAIF and others in fund-raising activities, approval processes, due diligence and lenders documentation.
Engage and cooperate with Corporate Finance on debt raising activities.
Support Business Operations in facilitating internal audit processes for your area and work with the team on audit matters.

The role is based in Singapore.
Travel overseas may be required for work or assignments when necessary or requested by your supervisor or head of department.
You may be asked to perform other duties reasonably requested by your supervisor or head of department from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Management experience, preferably global or regional
Experience delivering large cross-functional international programmes and driving milestones
Knowledge of Asia Pacific internet ecosystems, fiber optic networks and submarine cables
Experience driving and contributing to project playbooks and building schedules
Strong written and verbal communication skills
