You will lead the Cluster Recruitment unit within SingHealth's Talent Attraction, Development & Awards team. You will design and implement recruitment strategies, policies and processes to build a sustainable pipeline of Nurses, Pharmacists and Allied Health Professionals. You will partner with Cluster Domain Chiefs and institutions' HR teams on staffing solutions. You will also prepare regular recruitment reports for senior management and translate insights into recommendations.
