Lead tax matters across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region, covering corporate income tax, consumption tax, withholding tax, employment taxes and transfer pricing. Advise the business on complex transactions, structuring, financing arrangements and new investments. Provide technical analysis and practical recommendations on tax law developments and tax risks. Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors and tax authorities, including support for audits and enquiries. Support the group's tax governance framework and international tax initiatives such as Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting. Collaborate with regional and global tax teams to ensure consistency of tax positions.
