You will lead the end-to-end vendor operations strategy, making sure it aligns with business goals and market needs. You will work closely with local and regional commercial teams to improve vendor health, efficiency and satisfaction. You will also partner with local markets to tailor performance strategies for vendor onboarding, retention and engagement. Using data, you will identify underperforming vendors, create rehabilitation plans and implement structured solutions. You will collaborate with product teams to balance ad revenue, vendor experience and operational efficiency.
