You will provide counselling and psychosocial support to patients and their families. You will help patients with financial assistance applications and refer them to community partners. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to help patients integrate back into the community. You will also start and run support programmes and train staff on the psychosocial aspects of illnesses.
