When
You will help seniors maintain or regain independence in their daily activities so they can live purposeful lives. Your duties include assessing clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs, and designing suitable intervention plans. You will conduct caregiver training, prescribe assistive devices, and carry out home assessments and modifications where needed. You will also take part in quality improvement, research and collaborative projects, and train therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals. You must ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
