Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Business & Innovation (Attractions)

About the role

You will drive venue sales and coordinate private hires, corporate events and client engagements for the ArtScience Museum and Attractions. You will support pricing reviews, ticketing set-up and product configuration, and monitor ticketing performance across B2C, B2B, travel agent and corporate channels. You will lead visitation forecasting, business reporting and post-exhibition or campaign performance reviews, turning data into clear recommendations. You will also research market trends and work closely with Operations, Events, Finance, Marketing and Data teams to support commercial and guest experience outcomes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, Arts Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or related discipline
• 2 to 4 years relevant experience for Officer level, or 4 to 6 years for Senior Officer level
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English
