When
You will be the ambassador of the hospital, providing excellent front-line service to patients during the admission process. Your duties include registering patients, maintaining complete and accurate records in the patient system, and handling general administrative tasks. You will also handle enquiries about admissions, schedule patient appointments, collect deposits and payments, and offer pre-admission financial counselling. The role requires an outgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills, and a service-oriented, patient-focused approach.
