Senior Patient Service Associate (Central Admin Team - Referral)

About the role

You will support clinic operations through backend administrative work, including appointment scheduling, patient follow-up and coordinating referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics and other healthcare services. You will monitor referral statuses, keep accurate records and collate data for reporting. You will also provide cross-coverage and operational support for team members, and take on ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors. The role suits someone who is accurate and productive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic and healthcare systems
• Customer-oriented with a positive, professional and service-focused attitude
• Able to work half-day on Saturdays
• Able to work independently and in a team
